Skipping Stone Studs

Formerly the "Melted Disc Studs," I thought they deserved a better name as they have become a popular core design despite being a total experiment when I first made them!

These cuties are fine (.999) silver, melted into a ball, then hammered flat, with texture. They shimmer nicely and are the perfect minimal stud for everyday wear. Because they are fine silver, they won't tarnish.

The posts and backings are sterling silver.

Though I ensure they all have the same amount of silver in them, they don't all come out looking exactly the same. Texture and shape vary slightly between all of them, and that's why I love them!
